The warm nights of Summer lend themselves to a lighter menu. Tonight we had Sausage and Mushroom Quiche and Spinach and Strawberry Salad with toasted almonds and poppy seed dressing. I found the recipe for the quiche in this magazine.
The all-star lineup
This particular kind of Jimmy Dean sausage (All-Natural) is really hard to find. I have to use All-Natural because it doesn’t contain any MSG unlike all the other sausage choices. I have only found one store that carries it.

Scrumptious. Livie and Lauren gave it two thumbs up.
Craig opted for a light Caesar salad for his side dish when he came home.
