Burgers and fries

Yummy! We celebrated Craig’s birthday on Monday with Cheddar and Mushroom Burgers, and Oven Roasted Fries with barbeque seasoning. (Courtesy of Bobby Flay’s  “Burgers, Fries and Shakes”) Oh. MY. WORD! So, sooooooo good! I also made a cake. It fell apart. Unlike Humpty Dumpty, we were able to put it back together again. Many thanks to Bamma and a vat of frosting…

Yummy! Hmm, the cake looks relatively normal. Yes, that is Christmas wrapping paper, but hey, at least the gift was wrapped and not just handed over in the bag it came in… Ho, ho, ho, happy birthday!!!
