After we came home from Preschool, we decided it would be fun to grab the sidewalk chalk and head out front for some artwork. It was such a gorgeous day, we have been blessed with amazing, sunny temperature the past two weeks. and the girls have been loving every minute of it.
Gramma stopped by on her way out to get a haircut and drew some pictures with the girls.
Even the cats decided to join us, even if they wouldn’t let us trace them with the chalk…
Big Kitty retreated to the nearest bush since he has enough fur for 10 cats and can only stay in the sun for so long… This is one of his favorite spots.

The “Ferg” loved being outside and curled up on the front step to enjoy the sunshine.

Sidewalk chalk and sunshine! Such a fun way to enjoy the afternoon.

kat your girls are so cute!
i love their little spring toes peeking out beneath their jeans in flip flops! can you believe we've had nice enough weather to wear flip flops? and so hot that the doggy wants to go back inside?
emi & i had a major fashion debate. she wanted to wear her sandals. i said no way jose. i told her flip flops, now those are always acceptable. then we had to move on to painted toes.
