We were fortunate enough to get together with some our dearest friends while we were home. We decided to meet at Shubie Park and then head out to lunch afterwards. It was a perfect morning for it… that is until one of the girls slipped on a rock and fell in the water, thus getting completely soaked. No worries though, luckily we had a spare change of clothes in the van.
We started walking down the trail and then two crazy squirrels ambushed Tracy and I looking for peanuts. We screamed and then laughed hysterically.
Greg, me and Tracy. Two of my best friends for 16 years!
Aunt Carbie with Drea and Livie. Carbie and Brian.
Dinner out at McKelvie’s. It is one of my favorite restaurants in Halifax.
Apparently the girls weren’t the only ones entertained by the toys we brought with us…

Snuggling with Ronan, the little man.
Relaxing at Nanny and Poppy’s house.
The girls had the best time playing at cousin Madden’s house.
Is she not just the most precious little girl?
Proud Poppy. Overjoyed and well-blessed.
Proud Daddy Rick and Ronan, on his way home from the hospital.

We had the most fabulous trip home. It was truly wonderful to see dear friends and family and to get to meet Baby Ronan upon his debut into this amazing family. We love you all so much and can’t wait to see everyone one again!
