NOT the very next day… but 7 WEEKS LATER! (He just couldn’t stay away…) My friend, Nancy, found him underneath a neighbor’s crawl space. We are glad to have him back. I think “Big Kitty” is more a of a dog than a cat. At least he thinks he’s a dog and we haven’t told him otherwise. These pictures don’t really do his actual size justice. This. Cat. Is. HUGE!!!
You may remember that he went missing the day we had the playground installed. He took off like a streak of lightening and we feared the worst when he didn’t return after a few days.
He arrived on the scene, out of the blue, this time last year and has hung around ever since. He’s a sweet boy who gets along great with Fergus. They are best buds and can often be found napping together on the back deck in the sun. As you can see, he is now sporting a collar with his name and phone number in case he ever tries to pull a disappearing act again.

Oh that beautiful kitty is almost certainly a Maine Coon!! Love them!
We have a Maine Coon....he is a big chicken but very sweet and passive....very good with the kids...so glad someone is looking out for this one(looks very sweet)
That is too funny, 7 weeks later. My sister has a cat that thinks he is a dog. The cat goes on walks with them and everything.
