... and possibly a stiff drink. Lauren has been screaming for the past 25 minutes! It hasn't been pretty. She wants a blanket on, she wants a blanket off... there are presently eight blankets on top of her bed that she sleeps on, she wants more/less, all/none…mommy wants noise cancelling headphones.
Wait, what’s that I hear? Silence? She must have finally given up and fallen asleep. PTL!

I usethe disposable ear plugs on those "loud" days. They work like a charm. I can still hear them but at such a lower volume!
